Decatur IL - On August 5th, 2010, McKinley Court Care Centre, 500 W. McKinley Ave, received the "Best in Class" certificate, for Professional Therapy Services, from Pinnacle Quality Insight.  McKinley Court's professional therapy services include physical, occupational and speech therapies. Having received this honor in 2008 and 2009, this is the third consecutive year they have been recognized for their outstanding programs. An independent, nationally recognized customer satisfaction firm, Pinnacle Qualighty Insight serves more than 1,100 health care providers in 45 states and parts of Canada. They determine their ratings by conducting customer interviews over a 12 month period and comparing the results to similar care facilities across America.
