Decatur, IL-McKinley Court Care Centre would like to introduce Sylvia Robinson, CNA, Employee of the Month for January, 2011.
     Born and raised in Decatur, IL, Sylvia received her certification from Richland Community College and has worked at McKinley Court for the last 10 years. When asked what she liked about being a CNA, her response was "I really enjoy working with seniors.  I want to bring as much joy to them as they bring to me."  It is this passion and love for her work, that inspires her coworkers and makes makes all of the residents feel special. "I love my job and what I do everyday.  I hope to work here until I retire.", she added.
   Sylvia's loving and caring nature is not reserved for McKinley alone, however.  She has been married for 25 years and has 2 children and 8 grandchildren.  She loves when her family gathers together and especially enjoys playing with her grandchildren.
     McKinley Court would like to congratulate Sylvia on the recognition of her peers and the residents.
