Our cardiac rehabilitation program promotes optimum recovery and health for those recovering from heart disease and/or cardiac-related surgery. Program goals are to limit the physical effects of cardiac illness and improve cardiovascular fitness and overall health. Each patient's program is designed, supervised and implemented by a team of specialists, including physicians, nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and consulting nutritional and psychological professionals.
